Always bugged me the amount of chatline ads that were in the back of retro gamer.
I mean, I know 30’s/40’s saddos who still play old games are probably their ideal target market but still, as Captain Whoops points out above, there’s the internet for that. And if anyone’s going to know where to find that kind of stuff it’ll be the tech-savvy but socially-inept retrogamers – we have no need of premium rate chatlines!
We have no need for the crappy retro gaming t-shirts advertised there either.
