For the 20th time this year alone, the PlayStation brand STANDS ACCUSED of being party to MURDER MOST FOUL. The horrible console’s latest murderous rampage is detailed below, a rampage triggered by the EVIL MACHINE’S off switch – the most frequently used switch of all.

If you have a PS3, or know of anyone with a PS3, be wary. It’s probably best to burn down any retail establishments which stock them, to be safe.

We’re not sure what Sonic has to do with spinal injuries, either. Maybe he’s encouraging people not to risk spinal damage by doing roly-polys down steep hills and roads?

Let’s make it clear that we are IN NO WAY laughing at the degenerative brain disease Progressive Supranuclear Palsy or its sufferers, nor are we ‘taking it lightly’ at all. However, that said, it’s nice to know there are other organisations out there that are dedicated to eradicating PSP.

We have unknowingly been working toward a common goal.

I see some girl with her boyfriend. She has this promotional t-shirt on with the letters PSP and a slogan along the lines of ‘working for a world free of PSP’. Without thinking I go up to her and ask if I can take a picture of the back of her shirt where this slogan is. She asks why, her boyfriend looking pissy. I explain it’s an in joke thing to do with the letters PSP for a mate’s website. ‘I’d rather you didn’t’, she said, ‘it actually refers to an illness, which my father suffers from. So it’s not funny'” – Adam.

If you want to give some money to a charity they have a range of anti-PSP t-shirts for sale all branded “Working for a world free of PSP”. They would DEFINITELY work ironically in a video games environment.

We live in hope.

Preferably one of her doing a wee in a layby.

Lil Wayne, a man whose output we are not averse to when it comes on during Chart Show TV’s Hip Hop Download Chart, if truth be told, has a secret. To do with SEGA and ten years ago.

We have covered up the nipples and belly button, also reducing the picture width from our usual 450 pixels to a less glaring 250, so you’ll need to look hard.

You can see by the way Sonic’s falling off the loop that the controls are a NIGHTMARE. Tails is in the lead, for god’s sake. You know it’s gone badly wrong when Tails is in the lead. He’s even going to get some rings. You’ll never see them again.

The ability to be able to press right consistently is a rather important part of the Sonic formula. It’s not OK to simply get all the colours looking right. More screenshots over on the SEGA US blog.

The only thing that could improve this photo it if there was a stack of SEGA Saturn Magazines and some unrecognisable CD-Rs poking out of the top of the bin.

Not sure we agree with the vintage classification chosen by the submitter, as that would mean we’re technically also vintage. On the plus side, it might mean we finally qualify for having a woman come round on Mondays with seven frozen dinners to last us the whole week, which would enable MORE TIME ON THE INTERNET.

It’s reached a point where we also have nothing interesting to say about them either. We could relay the anecdote about going into WHSmith every lunch time to feel the box of Streets of Rage but never actually buying it and then being retrospectively happy about that when we played it on the Mega CD compilation several years later and realised that it wasn’t very good anyway (The End), but that’s not exactly a dinner party classic.
