COMING OUT OF RETIREMENT FOR ONE FINAL LOOP-THE-LOOP
Can’t help it. This DOES look good. Doesn’t it? Surely we’re detached enough from SEGA these days to be able to judge things objectively?
Some words here and the rest of the shots here. We’re not risking exclamation marks until we play the thing, though. We’re still mentally fragile and can’t risk getting hurt again.

Bah. I wish id grow up. next month will be the EIGHTEENTH year of my bloody obsession with that sodding hedgehog. Not only do pictures like this cause near-instantaneous ejaculation, but it also causes me to spend a fiver on outfits for Little Big Planet, then waste an ENTIRE EVENING attempting to use the stickers included with the costumes to recreate the first Green Hill level.
Looks like I have at least one thing in common with Sega then! HA.HA.HA.

You’re right, this does look good. Through fear of feeling optimistic in light of this, I’d better remind myself that life’s shit.
Justin Lee Collins doesn’t have cancer.
That’ll do it.

I can’t help but think this would look better in 320 x 224 with 16bit colour resolution and built with 8×8 cells in 4bpp tiled 2D layers.
just saying…

Also, I don’t like that WordPress says I can ‘try’ to logout. It feels as though I couldn’t leave if I wanted to. Not that I want to. Hey, has anybody ever wondered if going out feels anything like logging out? If it does I don’t think I’d like to try it very much at ALL.

This looks very nice indeed, although Sonic does look a little skinny.
Maybe they could implement a round where you force feed him black puddings, until he’s a decent weight again. And while we’re at it, we could also cut his fucking hair.

CyberRazorMike, you joined the dark side? I am so very disappointed in you

I’m going to say its good even if it isn’t, I mean it has worked well since Sonic Adventure 2 :*(

I’m not even fighting it anymore. I can’t wait for this, especially as it looks better than the emulated old games do on the 360.
