DREAMCAST 2 CONTROLLER PATENTS DISCOVERED
It’s on the US Patent database and was applied for in 2005 and granted in 2009. So it must be true/real.
“I found conclusive proof of the protracted development of DC2 while browsing a patent site (as you do). I can’t think of anything witty so please feel free to mock me mercilessly” – Neil.
Prefer the one with a clock, if the design process is still ongoing.

Looks just like a Saturn analog controller, are you sure that is patents for a Dreamcast pad?

The handy clock lets you know how much of your life you’re wasting.

It’s obviously a Dreamcast 2 pad.
I mean, why else would Sega Enterprises patent it? It must be DC2 (starts to hyper-ventilate)…must be…must be….must be.
There’s no place like home.
*passes out*

In other news, does this mean you’ve won, Zorg?

The fifth image in the second page of images clearly shows Sega invented motion controls way before Nintendo. I demand Sega sue Nintendo for all their Wii money and release the Dreamcast 2 immediately.

Never been to RPS before, never heard of that guy, unless he wrote for some mag I used to get in the old days before the Internet was invented and professional games journalism was no longer required.

I’m getting a broken page alert every time I post, by the way. It will take more than that to stop me. Such as telling me to stop, that would do it.

The hosting company is being weird. I think they wan’t more money to keep the “network” afloat.

Well if that’s not call to design some new t-shirts or calendars then I don’t know what is. Christmas is coming and we all need things we can tell other people they can buy us. (As opposed to all the other things we’d like we can’t tell them)

Shenmue III for launch title?
Come on Sega, you know it’s the right thing to do. It’ll only fail anyway. Spunk all that ill-gotten Sonic profit money away in one big stupid load.

Dreamcast 2 can only work if it is an add-on for the original Dreamcast. Or better still, connects via the RAM slot on the Saturn. Or betterer yet still, is actually a Dreamcast but with a different shell with added volume control slider.
Only then will it deserve to be a called an official Sega product.

And the all-important headphone socket, don’t forget that.

Wait, aren’t we up to the Dreamcast 3?
