SEGA PROMOTIONAL IMAGES
That’s right, it’s plural.
Because I don’t have any original ideas, here’s some more pictures of that funny man with his shirt off from the new Yakuza game:
The internet says he’s called Esper Ito
Apparently, they’re all popular comedians in Japan and Sega thought it wise to include them in the only game series that they haven’t yet wrecked.
Hopefully, the localised UK version will feature an equally popular light entertainer?

The topless man in leggings appears to have been rendered with a very strange abdominal/groinal bulge. Sorry to draw attention to this but, well, problem shared and all that.
If Russ ends up in a UK-localised version, what kind of atmosphere will it have?

Has this new Yakuza game got zombies in it then? Has everything got zombies in it now?

Zombies symbolise the creative decay of the gaming industry.

@ Weatherbox:
Yakuza 4 (which isn’t out here yet) is a continuation of the Yakuza series.
This one is called Yakuza of the end, which is basically Yakuza 5 in all but name.
The fact that they haven’t added a number 5 in this one is hopefully a reflection of it being more of a spin-off?
I hope they’ve only added zombies in an ironic, parody kind of way.
The cynic in me says it’s a true sequel though, with the number 5 being dropped so as not to alienate the casual masses. Sticking zombies in it would be the icing on the cake because EVERYONE FUCKING LOVES THEM DON’T THEY?
I hope I’m proven wrong.
